Rates for Meeting/Class Facility:
$80 per full day and evening
$50 per three hours—-morning OR afternoon OR evening

Discounts available:
—-for non-profit groups
—-for three-day or more events
—-when combined with overnight accommodations.

Lodging for 1 to 4 guests is available for additional cost for overnight and multi-day meetings, retreats, workshops.

Colwell Cedars' facilities and 40 acres are a smoke-free and tobacco-free Retreat.

Meeting/Classroom Amenities:
4' by 8' Bulletin board.
3' by 4' Dry erase board.
550 square feet of space.
Two 6′ tables, and ten upholstered folding chairs.
            Seating capacity up to 10, depending on your use, for example:
            --- art or other classes/workshops requiring tables, and participants bring supplies & equipment.
            --- meetings or gatherings where participants need seating only.
Full kitchen (microwave, frig, oven, coffeepot, dinnerware, utensils/pots).
Restroom with shower.
One level access from paved sidewalk.
High speed wireless included.

          Viola is a multi-use facility, suitable for your small group gathering, with or without lodging, and for individuals or couples on retreat, small workshops and classes.
